Your satisfaction is paramount. If your Faelura piece does not meet your expectations, we offer a refined return process.
- Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all protective packaging, dust bags, and "Live in Your Aura" tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been altered.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at hello@faelura.com
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping services for all returns.
- Refunds: Once our artisans have inspected the returned item and confirmed its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
